Marine Patrol — What AquaDome Does For You
Persistent waterway intelligence without adding patrol hours or budget
  • Drone patrol runs while your boats are at dock — 23 hrs/day of continuous waterway coverage
  • Vessel anomaly alerts pushed to your TAK feed before you dispatch — better information, better decisions, safer officers
  • Illegal charter, registration anomaly, and behavioral pattern analysis — non-operational awareness data
  • Boating fatality and incident cuing — environmental context and aerial imagery for SAR and after-action reconstruction
  • Pre/post-storm waterway mapping — derelict vessel location, debris accumulation zones
  • Oil sheen and environmental incident documentation — your report is drafted when you arrive on scene
  • Shared visualization dashboard — accessible to your unit, DERM, SFWMD, and USCG simultaneously
  • FIND WAP reimburses marine law enforcement technology up to $125,000. Eligible: municipalities, counties, port authorities, special taxing districts within FIND’s 12-county district.
Coast Guard view: AquaDome is an unclassified supplemental awareness layer — not a replacement for any USCG system. Advisory only. All operational decisions remain with your personnel. Stage 1 requires no procurement action. CRADA and OTA are the path to sustained capability under Force Design 2028.
Port Security + MDA

// FIFA World Cup 2026 · Two Deployment Zones

One Event. Two Critical Areas.

The maritime security zone covers Biscayne Bay. The stadium is 17 miles north in Miami Gardens. AquaDome proposes a tethered aerostat at each — persistent EO/IR for both domains simultaneously.

Zone A — Biscayne Bay Maritime
USCG Security Zone USCG-2026-0212

All navigable waters, Port Blvd south to Miami River entrance. June 13–July 5, 2026 · 24 hrs/day. Altametry aerostat: persistent wide-area EO/IR. Skydio X10D: vessel anomaly confirmation. RanMarine ASVs: surface layer. TAK/ATAK CoT push to Sector Miami watchstanders.

Zone B — Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens
347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens FL 33056

Stadium perimeter tethered aerostat for crowd and approach corridor surveillance. Fan safety, perimeter monitoring, and event security coordination for 7 FIFA matches including a quarterfinal and third-place playoff. Feeds stadium command center. This is a separate deployment from Zone A — contracted independently with stadium security and Miami-Dade law enforcement, not under USCG authority.

// Funding Pathways

FIND Can Reimburse Your Agency.

Florida Inland Navigation District reimburses eligible governmental agencies for marine law enforcement technology. AquaDome qualifies. Your agency applies — we support the application at no cost.

FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT
Waterway Assistance Program · Marine Law Enforcement Technology · Draft Support Letter
⚠ DRAFT — For review by FIND Program Director Spencer MacLean prior to issuance · smaclean@aicw.org

May 2026 · To: Eligible Governmental Applicants · Re: AquaDome Autonomous Maritime Intelligence — FIND WAP Eligibility

The Florida Inland Navigation District’s Waterway Assistance Program (WAP) provides reimbursement funding to local governmental agencies — municipalities, counties, port authorities, and special taxing districts — for projects that improve Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway system and support marine law enforcement and boating safety.

Marine law enforcement and other vessels are eligible for a maximum of $125,000 in initial District funding, provided on a reimbursement basis. Technology systems that directly support marine law enforcement, waterway patrol, and waterway safety monitoring qualify under the WAP’s marine law enforcement project category. (Florida Administrative Code §66B-2)

SustainaCities LLC’s AquaDome platform — an autonomous maritime intelligence system providing continuous aerial drone surveillance, water quality monitoring, and vessel anomaly detection for South Florida waterways — represents the category of innovative law enforcement and waterway safety technology the WAP was designed to support.

Eligible applicants within FIND’s twelve-county district — including Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, municipalities, and port authorities — may submit WAP applications citing AquaDome managed services as the funded technology component. FIND can fund up to 50% of eligible project costs. For marine law enforcement projects, the initial funding cap is $125,000.

How this works for your agency: (1) Your governmental entity submits a FIND WAP application naming AquaDome as the technology component. (2) FIND reviews and approves. (3) Your agency enters a managed services agreement with SustainaCities for AquaDome. (4) FIND reimburses your agency for eligible costs on a reimbursement basis. You receive continuous maritime intelligence at a fraction of direct cost.

AquaDome’s managed services model is specifically designed for reimbursement compatibility: services are contracted, invoiced, and reimbursed rather than requiring capital equipment purchases — aligning with FIND’s program structure. SustainaCities will assist any eligible governmental applicant with application preparation at no charge.
